1 cup Oats
45 ml MONIN grant smith Apple fruit mix
45gm raisins
250ml plain Greek yoghurt
200 ml Ceres Red grape fruit juice
15- 30ml honey (optional)


Place the oats into a mixing bowl with the raisins and cover with the Red grape juice. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning pour Granny Smith apple fruit mix, Greek yoghurt and honey into a blender. Blend well and then mix in a bowl with the oats.

Spoon into serving dishes and top with toasted flaked almonds and/or coconut shavings and fresh blueberries.
